Chairman’s Welcome – Season 2026/27

On behalf of everyone at the Brentwood Sunday Football League, I would like to extend a very warm welcome to all clubs taking part in the 2026/27 season.

Firstly, thank you to all our returning teams for your continued commitment and loyalty to the League. Your support is what enables the Brentwood Sunday Football League to continue providing competitive, enjoyable and well-organised football year after year.

I would also like to offer a special welcome to the clubs joining us for the first time this season. We are delighted to have you as part of our football community and look forward to seeing you compete throughout the campaign. We hope your experience with the League is both enjoyable and rewarding.

As we begin another exciting season, I encourage every club, player, manager and supporter to play their part in promoting the values that grassroots football is built upon respect, sportsmanship and fair play. While everyone wants to win, football is at its very best when it is played in the right spirit, with respect shown to opponents, match officials and volunteers alike.

The League Committee has been working hard behind the scenes throughout the summer to prepare for the new season, and we remain committed to providing a well run competition that all clubs can be proud to be part of.

I would also like to thank our referees, volunteers, committee members and club officials, whose dedication and hard work often go unseen but are essential to the success of the League.

Finally, I would like to wish every team the very best of luck for the 2026/27 season. I hope it is filled with competitive football, memorable moments, new friendships and, above all, an enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
